Ethical Clearance Agreement

Verdict: Journal of Law Science is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics and research integrity. All authors submitting manuscripts to the journal must ensure that their research has been conducted in accordance with applicable ethical principles, institutional requirements, legal regulations, and relevant disciplinary standards.

This statement must be read in conjunction with the journal’s Ethical Oversight Policy, Research Misconduct Policy, Data Sharing and Reproducibility Policy, Conflict of Interest Policy, and other applicable editorial policies.

By submitting a scholarly manuscript for publication in Verdict: Journal of Law Science (E-ISSN: 2985-3680), published by CV Wahana Publikasi, the author(s) hereby declare and affirm that:

  1. The manuscript is original and free from fabrication, falsification, plagiarism, duplicate publication, redundant publication, salami slicing, and copyright infringement involving data or content.
  2. The manuscript has not been published and is not currently under consideration for publication by any other publishers or journals.
  3. All research activities have been conducted responsibly and in accordance with applicable ethical standards. All relevant ethical requirements have been fulfilled, and the information provided in the Ethics Statement is accurate and complete.
  4. The author(s) agree to comply with the general terms of publication, including all terms and conditions stipulated in the publication policies of Verdict: Journal of Law Science.
  5. The author(s) shall bear full responsibility for any research misconduct that may subsequently be identified in connection with the manuscript.

The contents of this Ethical Clearance Agreement must be signed by all authors on a separate page entitled “Statement of Ethical Clearance for Scientific Publication” and submitted to the Editorial Office via email at verdict.jls@gmail.com.
