Announcement of Transitional Change of Editorial Board Chair

The Editorial Board hereby officially announces the change in the position of Editor-in-Chief of Austronesian: Journal of Language Science & Literature. This transition is undertaken as part of a strategic effort to enhance the journal’s visibility and reputation at both the national and international levels, to ensure the continued advancement of the scientific quality of its publications, and to uphold the highest standards of publication ethics. Accordingly, the Editorial Board of Austronesian: Journal of Language Science & Literature has resolved to appoint a new Chair of the Editorial Board. This appointment shall take effect as of 15 January 2026.

The Publisher expresses its highest appreciation and sincere gratitude for the dedication, significant contributions, and exemplary leadership rendered in maintaining academic excellence and fostering the development of the journal throughout the term of service.

Call for Papers (Published Vol. 5 No. 1 2026)

We invite scholars, researchers, and practitioners from around the world to submit original research articles, reviews, and theoretical papers in the fields of language science, literature, and Austronesian studies. Austronesian: Journal of Language Science & Literature publishes scholarly works in the fields of linguistics, language studies, and literature, particularly those engaging with cultural, historical, or technological dimensions of language and literary expression.
