Announcement of Transitional Change of Editorial Board Chair
The Editorial Board hereby officially announces the change in the position of Editor-in-Chief of Verdict: Journal of Law Science . This transition is undertaken as part of a strategic effort to enhance the journal’s visibility and reputation at both the national and international levels, to ensure the continued advancement of the scientific quality of its publications, and to uphold the highest standards of publication ethics. Accordingly, the Editorial Board of Verdict: Journal of Law Science has resolved to appoint a new Chair of the Editorial Board.
The Publisher expresses its highest appreciation and sincere gratitude for the dedication, significant contributions, and exemplary leadership rendered in maintaining academic excellence and fostering the development of the journal throughout the term of service.
This appointment shall take effect as of 1 January 2026 .
Call for Papers (Published in Vol. 5 No. 1 2026)
The editors of Verdict: Journal of Law Science invite papers from scholars, legal practitioners, and researchers at all career stages for the upcoming edition of the journal.
We welcome submissions that explore the impact of digitalization on legal systems, including but not limited to topics such as cyber law, digital evidence, data protection, AI and law, legal tech, digital justice systems, and comparative perspectives on regulatory frameworks. Case analyses, reviews of recent legal developments, and interdisciplinary legal research are also encouraged.
Submission Requirements:
- Articles should be between 4500 and 10.000 words (including footnotes and references).
- All manuscripts must be submitted via the journal’s website.
- Articles can be in English and Indonesian (if you submit article in Indonesian language, the Title and Abstract should be in English)
